The Wladfa Eisteddfod is an annual event which attracts competitors from every corner of Welsh Patagonia, and even from the rest of Argentina! As well as spending time at the Eisteddfod, there will be a number of visits to places of interest in Patagonia, including visits to Welsh schools in the area and well-known tea houses. Even more importantly, there will be a chance to socialise with the Argentine-Welsh during social events arranged especially for you, such as evening meals or cymanfaoedd ganu.

Testimonials from our 2010 Eisteddfod Tour:
"An excellent trip, thoroughly enjoyable. The gorsedd at the eisteddfod was quite emotional. The trip was very well organised throughout. The hotels were of a high standard and the guides were excellent. We were well looked after. The whole experience was wonderful and made me feel very proud to be Welsh." - Philip Rees, 2010
"Since I was looking to find traces of my father in Trevelin the trip was a wonderful success. Aled passed details of my father's time out his representatives in Patagonia, who enlisted Arturo Loundes to do some research. I am so grateful to them for the information they found and for arranging for me to visit Ivy Hammond, who remembers my parents. I found so much more than I was expecting and was thrilled with the whole trip. This trip gave me the opportunity to follow the path of the original settlers and to see where he lived. It was wonderful to see the contrasting countryside and to get a feel for the land. For me it was a very exciting trip - and an emotional one too." - Hazel Davies, 2010
"The tour of Patagonia could not have been better organised. Our guides brought Patagonia to life for me." - Sharon Rees, 2010
